DJ-ChillyCat is born in Montreal, the capital of house music in Canada, and grew up on beats from Depeche Mode, New Order, Nitzer Ebb, The Cure ,Lord of Acid, C&C Music Factory, MC Mario, Chris Shepard, Frankie Knuckels, Tiesto, Armin Van Burren, Sven Vath and so many other artists.

The year of 1985 in Montreal was the spark of life that fueled his groove. He started to spin since he was 15 years old, and by 16 he was playing at The World, Alcatraz, Big Bang, K.O.X. and many after hours clubs around the city.

And he moved to BC permanently 3 years ago, and now spinning live on www.vancitygroove.ca, a new venue in Vancouver which will hold special events that will bring this city to a new height
in music of house dance, trance,
electro, minimal.

If he feel the beat, he spin it! He hopes to see you all out there while him and his team perform.

I fell in love with trance the first time I heard it 7 years ago and never looked back. No matter where I am in the world or in life I’m inspired by artists like John O’Callaghan, Armin Van Buuren, Judge Jules, Above & Beyond, ATB, Paul Van Dyk and many others. Music means so much to me and I feel honored to share it with people and give them a soundtrack to their lives.
